The Amity Estates Home Owners Association (HOA) is made up of all homeowners (members) in the Amity Estates community. Members elect the HOA Board of Directors (BOD) who govern the HOA activities on behalf of all members. The Board of Directors employ the expert services of Accent Real Estate Services to manage all legal aspects of the HOA account on our behalf. Accent Real Estate manages the financials of the HOA, provides legal advice for subjects related to an HOA, serves legal notices to members, as well as many other tasks. They are the records keeping entity for the HOA.
