• The street or roadway includes all parts of the roadway from curb to curb. • Vehicles by definition include cars, trucks, trailers of any kind. • Vehicles parked on the wrong side of the street can be cited and/or towed if left for too long of a period. • An abandoned vehicle is defined as a vehicle that has been left unattended on the right-of-way of a designated county, state, or federal highway for more than 48 hours and can be cited and towed. Neither the Architectural Review Committee nor the HOA have the authority to enforce traffic laws within Amity Estates.
