You automatically become a member of the Amity Estates HOA when you purchase your home in Amity Estates. This is typically accomplished during the closing process. (A $300 charge is assessed at the close of escrow to join our HOA, then the annual fee - currently $300 is charged at the beginning of every year and is due by January 31st of each year.)
