Annual Dues of $300 for ALL homeowners are due January 1st of each year. Payment is considered “late” if not received by midnight on January 31st. Late fees are assessed on February 1st. A Late Fee statement is sent to the homeowner in February and any subsequent late payment billings are mailed out on a quarterly basis, unless otherwise requested by the Board of Directors.
