When do I pay my HOA dues?
Annual Dues of $300 for ALL homeowners are due January 1st of each year. Payment is considered “late” if not received by midnight on January 31st. Late fees are assessed on February 1st. A Late Fee statement is sent to the homeowner in February and any subsequent late payment billings are mailed out on a quarterly basis, unless otherwise requested by the Board of Directors. Statements are mailed in early December to all homeowners and emails are sent to those homeowners with the email address on file with Accent Real Estate. Who do I contact if I do not receive a notice of payment due or have questions about paying dues? Call the Accent Real Estate office at (254) 773-0900 ext.# 105 or email them at: hoamanager@accentres.com Are there any fees for using a credit card to pay dues? Any fees for payment by credit card are determined by the credit card provider, not by Accent Real Estate. Accent Real Estate is not the recipient of any transaction fees collected by the card provider. These fees, known as ACH (stands for Automated Clearing House, a U.S. financial network used for electronic payments and money transfers) fees, will vary based on the amount paid. When paying your dues online, the system will provide any fee amount prior to processing the payment.
