Annual Dues of $300 for ALL homeowners are due January 1st of each year. Payment is considered “late” if not received by midnight on January 31st. Late fees are assessed on February 1st. A Late Fee statement is sent to the homeowner in February and any subsequent late payment billings are mailed out on a quarterly basis, unless otherwise requested by the Board of Directors. If you are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to pay your annual dues on time, contact our management company to determine if a payment plan would work for you. Avoid those late fees!
